Sorry it has been so long since my last update. I was lucky enough to take a trip to Kauai. (it sure is a long flight from the east coast but well worth it) and am just settling back in.
As many of you know, I am a HUGE advocate of SPF. It is truly the best anti-aging product out there. Most of you are pretty good about applying your SPF however, many of you are not so good at reapplying. That is the key. You should reapply your SPF every two to three hours.
